Post wedding ceremony Daniel was sitting down catching up with another mutual friend in which Christina coincidentally had carpooled with to the wedding. It was there that Daniel caught Christina's eye and she figured what better way to break the ice and get her friend to introduce us than by playing a little joke on him. So Christina proceeded to go over to where they were chatting and with her two girlfriends cheering her on, only aware of the joke, Christina said to her bashful very single friend, "Honey introduce me to your friends". As her poor friend sat there chuckling with a deer in headlights look on his face she proceeded to tell him again "HONNEEYYY!! introduce me to your friends" this time putting one arm around his shoulder and the other grabbing his sweating hand. His face turned bright red as he went back and forth looking at Daniel, his brother and Christina chuckling in confusion scrambling for what to say. THIS WAS EPIC!! With Christina's girlfriends gasping for air from laughing so hard in the background the gig was up... Christina started to laugh and then her friend, still confused but giggling through his confusion mummers "she's not my honey" haha. Nonetheless we all started laughing and Christina was introduced to Daniel.
Seating was not prearranged so it was a perfect opportunity to spend some time chatting and getting to know Daniel... only one problem... 1 seat left next to Christina and her girlfriends and Daniel was with his brother. The night progressed and when the dancing started alas he asked... Christina shyly said no... come on he say's ... Christina says no again =) third time was a charm... And it was there Daniel swept Christina off her feet into the first night of the rest of our lives (he literally tripped her haha).
